• Able to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, high-quality customer service and beauty consultations to in-store customers.
• Execute visual merchandising displays and maintain presentation standards across the retail floor.
• Support and execute in-store promotional events and product demonstrations to drive customer engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of brand products, features and application techniques to educate customers.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure smooth floor operations during shifts.
