Sqwad is expanding in the U.S. market and seeks Field Representatives in Beaumont, TX to secure prime business locations through direct outreach. This is a contractor role with uncapped earnings and no direct selling; earnings come from daily field fees and activation bonuses.

You will visit businesses, discuss partnership opportunities, and sign agreements while earning per-shop bonuses and daily fees. Flexible schedule and onboarding provided.

Field Representative (Freelance) - Unlimited Earnings | Secure Prime Territory

Sqwad is launching one of Europe’s largest marketplaces in the U.S., and we’re hiring Field Representatives to lock in prime business locations before competitors do. This is not a sales job. There’s nothing to sell. Your role is to secure partnership agreements with local businesses in your territory - and get paid aggressively for it.

If you’re confident, street-smart, and thrive in face-to-face interactions, this is a serious income opportunity with no cap on earnings.

Compensation & Perks:

• $90 daily field fee for each qualifying workday. A day qualifies when you complete at least 10 store visits or sign at least one partner.


• $200 per shop activated within 24 hours of device delivery.


• $140 per shop activated after the 24-hour window.

The daily field fee and activation bonuses are separate components of the compensation. Earnings vary according to activity and results; no total monthly earnings are guaranteed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area


• Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved)


• Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers


• Securing signed partnership agreements


• Building early market presence by locking in key locations


• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools


• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team

Who This Role Is For:

• Self-motivated, driven, and results-focused individuals


• Comfortable working independently in the field


• Strong communicators who handle objections confidently


• Organized, reliable, and proactive


• Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms


• Registered freelancer (1099)


• Must be located in Beaumont


• Native or fluent English speaker

Preferred (Not Required):

• Field outreach or door-to-door experience


• Experience with Google Sheets


• Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot
