Job summary

Sqwad is expanding in the U.S. and seeking Field Representatives to lock in prime territories. The role involves in-person outreach to local businesses to present a partnership opportunity, not a sales pitch, with earnings tied to daily field fees and activation bonuses.

Independent contractors (1099) will work flexible schedules and own their territories, with onboarding and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

Field Representative (Freelance) – Unlimited Earnings | Secure Prime Territory

Sqwad is launching one of Europe’s largest marketplaces in the U.S., and we’re hiring Field Representatives to lock in prime business locations before competitors do.

This is not a sales job. There’s nothing to sell. Your role is to secure partnership agreements with local businesses in your territory — and get paid aggressively for it.

If you’re confident, street-smart, and thrive in face-to-face interactions, this is a serious income opportunity with no cap on earnings.

Compensation & Perks:

• $90 daily field fee for each qualifying workday. A day qualifies when you complete at least 10 store visits or sign at least one partner.




• $200 per shop activated within 24 hours of device delivery.




• $140 per shop activated after the 24-hour window.

The daily field fee and activation bonuses are separate components of the compensation. Earnings vary according to activity and results; no total monthly earnings are guaranteed.
