10x Team is seeking a Freelance Organizational Design Specialist – AI Trainer for 8–20 hrs/week, remote (EU/UK). You will shape AI outputs related to organizational design and drive real-world change management strategies.

Ideal candidates are EU/UK-based consultants with deep expertise in transformation planning, risk mitigation, and structured feedback, able to work asynchronously on project briefs.

Qualifications

• Experienced organizational design consultant or HR specialist with change management expertise.
• Based in the EU or UK and able to collaborate asynchronously on a remote basis.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and capable of delivering actionable, structured feedback.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated outputs related to organizational design, models, and transformation initiatives.
• Assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-driven organizational strategies and scenarios.
• Develop real-world use cases, implementation plans, and change management techniques from professional experience.
• Create scenario variations for organizational change, restructuring, mergers, or scaling initiatives.
• Identify issues, gaps, or potential risks in AI recommendations, providing clear and structured feedback.
• Influence how AI interprets industry best practices, compliance requirements, and cultural considerations.
