• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a finance role.
• Transfer Pricing knowledge to be applied in pricing, margins, and intercompany analysis.
• Experience presenting ideas to stakeholders at all levels is required.
• High integrity and willingness to flag mistakes proactively.

Responsabilités

• Reconcilie freelance benefits invoices against enrollment lines.
• Model pricing, margins, and unit economics to support decisions.
• Stand up the Work-Life Balance close calendar and enforce it.
• Handle intercompany transactions and eliminations during consolidation.
• Own the tax provision and the explanatory footnotes.
• Own grant compliance to avoid restricted dollars.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
