Job summary

Responsibilities

• Record real FreeCAD workflows using the provided lightweight app.
• Submit .fcstd and .stp files for projects completed in 90+ minutes.
• Provide a 500+ word write-up detailing process, tools, and decisions.

Job description

We're looking for professionals who use FreeCAD as part of their day-to-day workflow. Selected contributors will be paid to record their real workflows using a lightweight app we provide. Relevant backgrounds include mechanical engineers, product designers, architects and BIM professionals, CNC machinists and fabricators, simulation engineers, and 3D printing specialists who regularly create precision 2D sketches and parametric 3D solid models.

Requirements:

• .fcstd + .stp files for non-confidential projects that took you 90+ minutes to finish
• Reference files if any
• Short task brief
• Grading rubric
• 500+ word write-up of your process, tools, and decisions
• A signed attestation that you own the work
• Avoid capturing confidential, proprietary, or sensitive data (including passwords and personal data)

Pay

$60–$80/hr. Payouts weekly on Wednesdays via Stripe or Payoneer.
