Job summary

Paw Paw Public Schools is seeking a dedicated Free Pre K Associate Teacher for the Great Start Readiness Program. The ideal candidate will assist in daily program implementation, supervise the classroom, and maintain a positive environment for young learners.

This full-time position requires an Associate degree in Early Childhood or Child Development and a Child Development Associate credential. Starting salary is $15.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required, CDA credential or ability to obtain within 3 years.
• Must meet state qualifications to work with students.
• CPR, First Aid, and CPI certified or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily program implementation under the Lead Teacher's direction.
• Supervise the classroom in the teacher's presence or absence.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
