Attentive Care NY is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one care across Long Island, including Nassau and Suffolk counties. Immediate openings exist for day, evening, weekends, and live-in shifts.

We offer paid training, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, health benefits, and a supportive team environment as you assist clients with daily activities and companionship in their homes.

Qualifications

• Strong English communication skills for client interaction and care updates.
• Ability to assist with lifting and transferring up to 150 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes on Long Island.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands).
• Provide personal hygiene assistance and companionship.

Requirements

• Able to assist clients safely with personal care and daily activities
• Able to assist with lifting, transferring up to 150 lbs, bending, lifting, turning, and repositioning
• Strong English communication skills for client interaction and care updates
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes across Long Island
• Prior hands-on caregiving experience is a plus
• Availability for day, evening, weekend, or live-in shifts is a plus
