Attentive Care is hiring for our Personal Care Aide team with immediate openings for Day, Evening, Weekend, and Live-In shifts on Long Island. New pay rates start at $19.65/hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and ongoing benefits including weekly pay and health insurance.

We provide PCA/HHA services such as meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, personal hygiene, and companionship. Join a caring company that supports its caregivers and clients across Nassau and Suffolk Counties.

Qualifications

• Able to assist clients safely with daily living activities.
• Able to assist with lifting, transferring up to 150 lbs, bending, lifting, turning, and repositioning.
• Strong English communication skills for client interaction and care updates.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes across Long Island.
• Prior hands-on caregiving experience is a plus.
• Availability for day, evening, weekend, or live-in shifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one personal care and daily living assistance (meal prep, light housekeeping, errands, hygiene, companionship).
• Support clients in daily activities and health maintenance with compassion and professionalism.
• Travel to client homes across Long Island to deliver consistent care as scheduled.
