Job summary

Attentive Care NY is hiring Personal Care Aides (PCA) and Home Health Aides (HHA) to provide one-on-one care across Long Island, including Nassau and Suffolk counties.

Starting pay at $19.65 per hour with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, flexible Day/Evening/Weekend/Live-In shifts, and free PCA training classes in Babylon, NY for the right candidates.

Qualifications

• Able to assist clients safely with personal care and daily activities.
• Able to lift, transfer up to 150 lbs, bend, lift, turn, and reposition.
• Strong English communication skills for client interaction and care updates.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes across Long Island.
• Prior hands-on caregiving experience is a plus.
• Availability for day, evening, weekend, or live-in shifts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Assist with lifting, transferring, and positioning up to 150 lbs.
• Travel to client homes across Long Island to deliver care.
• Maintain care updates and communicate with supervisors.
