Free People is looking for a Junior Account Executive to support our Wholesale Department Store team. In this role, you’ll help drive sales and profitability by managing key account operations and supporting the team in meeting weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals. Responsibilities include handling reorders, maintaining orders, coordinating product copy and sample pulls, and preparing order templates. Role Responsibilities

  • Maximize profitability within department store accounts by managing day-to-day tasks such as account oversight, reorders, order maintenance, product copy, sample pulls, and order templates
  • Drive sales and margin expectations for assigned accounts
  • Prepare for market appointments by pulling sales history and ensuring samples are ready
  • Maintain orders by reviewing oversold items and updating priority codes to optimize shipping
  • Complete all account copy requirements, including COM, COO, care/content details, and Canadian pricing (if applicable)
  • Ensure all style information is accurately loaded into GXS prior to EDI deadlines
  • Reformat and verify style information on all sized orders post-market for Customer Service
  • Pull and analyze data for weekly sales recaps
  • Review weekly best sellers and pull available-to-sell (ATS) inventory for immediate reorders
  • Conduct weekly audits of .com sites to ensure all styles are live and markdowns are accurate
  • Systems used: BlueCherry, NuOrder, Skypad, Microsoft Office

  • Superior financial and analytical skills
  • Strong Excel + PowerPoint skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must work well in teams

Pay Range

USD $60,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
