Job summary

Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation offers a free Licensed Nursing Assistant training class designed to equip you with the skills needed to excel. Upon successful completion, you commit to working with us for at least one year.

You will participate in structured training, complete coursework and hands-on practice, and join a 2:00 PM–10:00 PM shift upon placement with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to working for Rutland Center for Living for at least one year after training.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in all training sessions.
• Complete all required coursework and practical training.
• Demonstrate proficiency in LNA skills and knowledge.
• Provide high-quality care to patients during the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
