Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and report vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse).
• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with mobility and transfers (walking, getting out of bed, bathroom).
• Maintain patient records and reports.
• Participate in care conferences and contribute to care plans.
