Job summary

Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation offers a free Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) training class designed to equip you with the essential skills to excel in patient care. Upon successful completion, participants commit to working with us for at least one year.

The program includes hands-on experience and a path to guaranteed employment with Rutland Center for Living and Rehabilitation after training, along with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift.
• Commitment to work with Rutland Center for Living for at least one year after training completion.
• Passion for helping others and a desire to pursue a career in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Attend and actively participate in all training sessions.
• Complete all required coursework and practical training.
• Demonstrate proficiency in LNA skills and knowledge.
• Provide high-quality care to patients during the 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM shift.
