Seacoast Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Gloucester, MA is offering a FREE CNA Training Program for motivated individuals who want to become CNAs. You will be hired as an RCA, receive paid onboarding and training, and progress to a CNA upon successful program completion.

The program includes 54 hours of classwork with remote learning, 21 hours of paid clinical training, and options to pick up paid RCA shifts. Classes begin January 2027; schedule 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Compassionate and hardworking individuals interested in becoming CNAs.
• Willingness to undertake free, in-house CNA training and certification.
• Availability for paid onboarding and clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Undergo CNA training and clinical practice.
• Join the team as an RCA during the program.
• Pursue CNA certification with support from the center.
