Seacoast Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Gloucester, MA is offering a FREE CNA Training Program for motivated individuals who want to become CNAs. You will be hired as an RCA, receive paid onboarding and training, and progress to a CNA upon successful program completion.

The program includes 54 hours of classwork with remote learning, 21 hours of paid clinical training, and options to pick up paid RCA shifts. Classes begin January 2027; schedule 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undertake free, in-house CNA training and certification.

Responsibilities

Seacoast Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking compassionate and hardworking individuals who are interested in becoming CNAs. We provide free, in-house CNA Skills and Clinical training while giving you the opportunity to join our team as an RCA.

We hire you as an RCA, provide paid training and clinical experience, and upon successful completion of the CNA program, you will be hired as a CNA!

CNA Training Program Includes:
