Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking an experienced real estate finance professional to review loan submissions for Freddie Mac compliance and assist transaction managers through closing. You will verify financials, real estate schedules, and due-diligence reports while coordinating across JLL teams and Freddie Mac stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial real estate or finance, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate or finance.
• Compliance experience with Freddie Mac or similar loans is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate/Finance or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Review loan submissions for accuracy and Freddie Mac compliance.
• Oversee third-party vendor ordering and reporting on due diligence.
• Coordinate with lenders, analysts and transaction managers through closing.
• Perform credit checks and verify data uploads to Freddie Mac systems.
• Track deposits and closing costs and prepare reconciliation spreadsheets.
• Support Freddie Mac loan package submission, closing and purchase processes.
