Job summary

The Copper River Family of Companies seeks a Facility Related Control System (FRCS) Manager to oversee operations, lifecycle planning, and cybersecurity support for FRCS in Norfolk, VA. This role serves as a key liaison among Public Works engineering, cybersecurity compliance teams, base communications, and installation operations.

Ideal candidates bring 5–8 years coordinating ICS/FRCS or Public Works operations, active Secret clearance, and knowledge of UFC/DoD standards.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• No degree required.
• 5–8 years coordinating ICS/FRCS or Public Works operations.
• Knowledge of UFC and DoD standards.
• GICSP and PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operations of the FRCS portfolio.
• Establish and maintain an FRCS hardware/software inventory.
• Map control systems to mission dependencies for risk planning.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, Public Works, and emergency management for incident response and recovery planning.
• Facilitate network monitoring communications to address threats to FRCS.
• Develop and maintain FRCS project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering and construction to align with UFC/DoD standards.
• Oversee modernization, sustainment, lifecycle management, and decommissioning.
• Serve as operational liaison among PWD, base communications, CNIC/NAVFAC, ISSMs, and other stakeholders.
• Track portfolio risks and equipment lifecycle; prepare status reports.
• Prepare stakeholder communications, coordination matrices, and tracking schedules.
• Produce regular reports documenting FRCS portfolio status, risks, and milestones.
• Portfolio Coordination & Support Plan: identify objectives, stakeholders, and tracking.
• Incident Response & Recovery Coordination Procedures: document liaison and notification protocols.
• Status & Risk Coordination Reports: document milestones and risks for leadership.
