Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Senior Fraud Project and Strategy Program Manager to lead digital money movement fraud initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, partner with fraud analysts, technology, legal and product to design and deliver prevention strategies while maintaining a strong customer experience.

The role requires 3+ years in fraud, proficient SQL/SAS, excellent communication, and a track record of delivering complex projects in financial services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fraud experience.
• 4+ years in SAS or SQL querying.
• Must have exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports department-wide strategies and portfolio trend analysis, forecasting, and risk/control performance.
• Leads large-scale initiatives to improve risk management, profitability, and control oversight.
• Identifies business trends and communicates findings to senior management.
• Coaches employees on structuring complex problems and communicating results.
• Manages cross-functional relationships across product, technology, and business control functions.
• Develops and executes project plans to enhance digital money movement fraud prevention capabilities.
