Qualifications

• Must hold a Private Investigator license as required by the state.
• Five or more years of professional law enforcement or investigations experience with fraud focus.
• Proficiency with data collection, interviews, and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate suspected fraudulent insurance claims across workers' compensation, general liability, property and casualty, and disability.
• Gather information through interviews, data collection, and collaboration with SIU, law enforcement, and state insurance departments.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for investigations, reviews, audits, and assignments.
• Produce clear reports, memos, and letters.
