Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or equivalent professional law-enforcement experience.
• High School diploma or higher with 5+ years of investigations/fraud experience.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate suspected fraudulent insurance claims across coverage types.
• Gather information through interviews, data collection, and collaboration with SIU, law enforcement, and state departments.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for investigations and audits.
• Produce professional, concise reports and memos.
• Run database checks and verify results.
• Develop strategic plans to meet assignment objectives and communicate with clients.
