Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a senior Fraud Risk Analytics professional to join the Fraud Risk Management team focused on QuickBooks Capital and Business Credit Card.

You will develop and optimize strategies to prevent fraud while balancing customer experience and profitability, partnering with Data Science, Credit Risk, and product teams. With 6+ years of fraud analytics experience and strong skills in SQL/SAS/Python/R/Tableau, you will drive risk scoring, model development, and monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.
• 6+ years of experience in fraud risk analytics and risk management.
• Familiarity with risk scoring and modeling techniques (regression, multivariate analyses, ML).
• Proven expertise with industry-standard tools and fraud models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with SQL, SAS, Python, R and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine fraud risk strategies across underwriting, monitoring, and exposure management.
• Use data-driven and ML approaches to identify emerging fraud trends and defenses.
• Evaluate defenses with hit rates, false positives, A/B tests, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Collaborate with Data Science to enhance fraud models and performance.
• Create monitoring metrics, early warnings, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Marketing, and Operations on fraud strategy.
• Onboard and manage external fraud tools, vendors, and partnerships.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve detection speed and scalability.
