Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Principal Engineer to define and drive the architecture of next‑generation fraud and risk prevention at massive scale in Sunnyvale, CA. You will lead real-time decisioning, entity resolution and AI-enabled workflows with human‑in‑the‑loop support to protect customers online and in-store.

You will own cross‑system strategy, mentor engineers, and set technical direction for production ML integration, explainability, and scalable platform services with partners across Walmart

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering or related area.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems for real-time decisioning.
• Strong architectural leadership across large teams.
