Job summary

Citizens is seeking a Fraud Risk Senior Analyst in Johnston, RI to lead fraud strategy development for Commercial Debit & Credit Card portfolios. You will leverage IT tools to monitor and mitigate fraud while balancing customer experience and P&L impact.

The role requires deep analytics, strong data mining with SQL/SAS, and collaboration with product teams and vendors to strengthen controls. On-site work schedule is 4 days/week in the office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of advanced analytics experience in financial services.
• Proficient with SQL and SAS for data extraction and analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills; PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and develop fraud strategies, tools, processes, models and ensure superior fraud detection.
• Partner with vendors and Product team to manage fraud controls for new-account applications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Develop, implement, and monitor fraud strategies and prevention tools.
• Analyze fraud trends and identify root causes and solutions.
• Balance competing priorities and deliverables in a timely manner.
