Intuit invites you to join the Emerging Talent Program as a Fraud & Risk Analyst Intern. You will work with product managers, engineers and data scientists on projects with business impact, focusing on AI-enabled fraud detection and risk assessment.

Qualifications

  • Working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Field or commensurate experience. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Strong analytical ability with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Fraud prevention/risk experience preferred.
  • Advanced SQL and coding skills for data profiling, segmentation and aggregation.
  • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Vertica) preferred.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools (Excel, Python, Tableau, QlikView).
  • Outstanding communication skills to influence decisions across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business questions into testable hypotheses and run experiments to inform decisions.
  • Analyze data to identify fraud/risk trends and support policy decisions.
  • Proactively propose projects that improve processes and customer experience.
  • Deliver metrics and dashboards using disparate data sources.
  • Curate and standardize risk datasets for enterprise fraud analysis.
  • Collaborate with product, policy, and data science teams to generate insights.
