Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in fraud servicing or call center preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Handle complex and escalated customer fraud cases with accuracy.
  • Respond to inbound calls and resolve transactions while preserving client confidence.
  • Research and resolve fraudulent activity in compliance with regulations.
  • Participate in triage related to fraud incidents and escalation handling.
  • Document investigations and outcomes clearly for audit purposes.
  • Adhere to processes, policies, and legal requirements.
