Job summary

PwC is seeking a Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Consulting Intern to gain exposure within the Advisory practice’s Office of General Counsel. You will support investigations, compliance solutions, and regulatory management while learning PwC methodologies.

You will participate in projects across fraud, investigations, and regulatory challenges, perform basic research, and observe professional work environments to build your personal brand for future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
• This is an entry-level internship suitable for late-stage undergrads.
• Demonstrating knowledge in legal compliance and regulatory management
• Participating in fraud investigations and regulatory enforcement projects
• Supporting teams with legal document review and proofreading
• Engaging in contract negotiation and dispute resolution processes
• Applying active listening and communication skills in client support roles

Responsibilities

• Supporting teams in conducting investigations and forensic analyses to address fraud and regulatory violations
• Participating in the development and implementation of compliance and governance solutions for clients
• Assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents to validate accuracy and adherence to regulations
• Engaging in research and analysis of commercial laws and regulatory requirements to support client projects
• Contributing to the management of corporate records and legal databases to maintain data integrity and accessibility
• Collaborating with team members to develop strategies for contract negotiation and dispute resolution
• Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC’s practices and methodologies
