Job summary

PwC seeks a Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Consulting Intern to support the Advisory practice in legal specialties within the Office of General Counsel. You will aid teams with research, document review, and compliance initiatives, gaining exposure to PwC's methodologies and practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or pursuing degree in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated interest in regulatory, risk, or legal topics.
• Ability to learn PwC methodologies and apply them to projects.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teams in investigations and forensic analyses to address fraud and regulatory violations
• Assisting in development and implementation of governance and compliance solutions
• Preparing and reviewing legal documents for accuracy and regulatory alignment
• Researching commercial laws and regulatory requirements for client projects
• Maintaining corporate records and legal databases for data integrity
• Collaborating on contract negotiation and dispute resolution strategies
