Job summary

PwC is seeking a Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Consulting Intern to join the Advisory practice in the Boston area. You will support teams on legal specialties within the Office of General Counsel, gaining exposure to PwC methodologies and addressing fraud, misconduct, and regulatory challenges.

You will perform basic tasks, conduct research, and observe professional environments, developing your personal brand for future opportunities within PwC's Risk & Regulatory network.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree.
• Client service intern positions are entry-level and typically involve winter/spring or summer start prior to graduation.

Responsibilities

• Supporting teams in conducting investigations and forensic analyses to address fraud and regulatory violations
• Participating in the development and implementation of compliance and governance solutions for clients
• Assisting in the preparation and review of legal documents to validate accuracy and adherence to regulations
• Engaging in research and analysis of commercial laws and regulatory requirements to support client projects
• Contributing to the management of corporate records and legal databases to maintain data integrity and accessibility
• Collaborating with team members to develop strategies for contract negotiation and dispute resolution
• Observing and learning from experienced professionals to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
• Applying a learning mindset to enhance personal development and contribute effectively to project goals
