Job summary

KeyBank's Enterprise Payments division is growing; the Core Treasury Fraud Product Team partners with Product Managers to turn data into insights, drive activation, and grow the fraud product portfolio for commercial clients.

The Product Associate supports product analytics, supplier and client enablement, and cross-functional execution to translate fraud trends into actionable actions for product, risk, operations, and technology partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, analytics, or related field (preferred).
• Master's Degree in Business Administration (preferred).
• OR equivalent experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute activation strategies to grow adoption and revenue.
• Support supplier and client enablement campaigns end to end.
• Translate portfolio insights into clear recommendations for stakeholders.
• Develop playbooks, talking points, and enablement materials for internal teams.
• Track pipeline, funnel, and conversion metrics; identify bottlenecks.
• Support pricing analysis, opportunity sizing, and win/loss reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital adoption partners.
• Represent the analyst voice in cross-functional sessions.
