Job summary

Louisiana Community and Technical College System (DCC) seeks a Coordinator of Student Integrity and Compliance Fraud Prevention to oversee fraud investigations and identity verification for student records in New Orleans. This Staff Full-Time role collaborates with Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, and IT to safeguard enrollment integrity.

The position requires handling confidential information and preparing investigative documentation in compliance with FERPA and applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of FERPA, Title IV regulations, and student identity verification requirements.
• Experience with compliance investigations and documentation.
• Experience with higher education program compliance and records.
• Experience using Banner or a comparable student information system.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and track referrals involving suspected student fraud and related issues.
• Coordinate with multiple offices to collect information for case review.
• Prepare case summaries and recommendations for review by leadership.
• Monitor pending cases and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
• Assist in identifying cases for referral to other offices.
