City National Bank is seeking a Fraud Prevention Senior Lead to head enterprise-wide initiatives, translating business priorities into effective fraud controls.
You will lead cross-functional teams, present to executives, manage multiple loss lines, and coordinate with risk, business, and vendor partners to stay within risk appetite.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in fraud prevention or risk management, with strong leadership and data-driven decision making.
The Fraud Prevention Senior Lead is responsible for leading delivery of large scale enterprise-wide fraud risk initiatives. This includes overarching support of senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment and execution on priority areas of focus. This individual will be formulating strategy and driving execution end-to-end. This role serves as an advisor to business and risk partners. This role supports the translation of business priorities into fraud mitigation capabilities that balance customer experience, operational resilience, and financial risk mitigation. Experience addressing complex issues, processes, and projects, and working in a high‑paced, fluid environment is required.
Starting base salary: $111,408 - $189,738 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
