Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a regulated financial services environment (banking, payments, card processing, or fintech).
• Experience leading global and/or multi-site operations teams with measurable performance outcomes.
• Experience in a high-volume, queue-based operations environment with time-sensitive decisioning and controls considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fraud prevention operations across multiple sites with performance management and capacity planning.
• Monitor KPIs/KRIs to meet stakeholder expectations and strengthen operational controls.
• Define and influence long-term fraud prevention strategy and continuous improvement.
• Partner with product and technology to prioritize modernization initiatives across card offerings.
• Identify workflow, automation, and scalability opportunities focused on risk reduction and client outcomes.
• Drive tooling and process optimization to reduce losses and improve efficiency.
• Own issue management, quality remediation, and audit/exam readiness documentation.
• Collaborate with finance to define fraud loss targets and reporting routines.
• Engage with claims/disputes and collections to minimize fraud losses and ensure end-to-end outcomes.
• Serve as a senior escalation point for client-facing matters and executive engagement.
• Lead, develop, and retain a diverse team across sites, fostering accountability and collaboration.
