Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1+ year in customer service or healthcare operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident on the phone with external partners.
• Comfortable using operational systems (e.g., QuickSight), dashboards, and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare or healthcare operations; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Fraud prevention: outreach to facilities and investigations of potential fraud using internal systems.
• Flagging and mitigating fraudulent rides, ensuring policy-compliant actions.
• Trend reporting: monitor patterns and communicate findings to management for improvements.
• Data, tools & reporting: manage ride verification data and generate analytical reports.
