Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year in customer service or healthcare operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication; confident on the phone with external partners.
• Familiarity with Medicaid/Medicare or healthcare operations.
• Open to travel 10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Monitor ride activity to identify potential fraud, waste, or abuse and document findings with precision.
• Conduct proactive outreach and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen safeguards.
• Investigate transportation provider fraud using available tip systems and documentation.
• Flag fraudulent rides or members and coordinate with policies for prompt action.
• Analyze data patterns and report trends to management for process improvements.
