Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in financial services with deep knowledge of payment systems.
• Minimum 3 years with Falcon or comparable system for fraud strategy and rule writing.
• Minimum 3 years using reporting/query tools such as Brio, MS Query, MS Access, Excel, Crystal Reports or Falcon.

Responsibilities

• Track and elevate issues and risks; drive transformational change and mitigate them.
• Lead and optimize POS fraud strategy and decisioning performance; balance risk and customer experience.
• Establish and govern fraud rules oversight and analytics; monitor KPIs and enhance controls.
• Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and compliance to modernize decisioning.
• Lead fraud-related workstreams; support roadmap development and risk mitigation.
• Monthly and ad hoc reporting on business metrics.
