Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in analytics, with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a numerate field or equivalent.
• 1+ years managing analysts, data scientists or data engineers.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Python or R preferred.
• Experience with Databricks SQL, Delta Lake, Notebooks, and BI tools.
• Strong Tableau dashboards and reporting experience.
• Excellent communication to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in fraud, payments analytics or financial risk a plus.
• Knowledge of sports betting or online gambling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team focused on fraud, payments and operational analytics.
• Own complex analyses and manage timelines/deliverables.
• Apply advanced analytics to identify trends and insights.
• Oversee day-to-day work of reports and models, ensuring quality.
• Provide coaching and development to analysts.
• Shape team strategy and improve analytics workflows.
• Collaborate with risk, payments, and Core Products teams.
• Ensure data quality and accessibility with data engineering.
