Job summary

Citi in Jacksonville, FL is hiring an entry-level Fraud Operations Specialist who will perform risk assessments on account activity and deliver customer service. Training is on-site at 14000 Citicards Way, Jacksonville FL 32258, with an option to join the Home Office Program to work from home when in role and conditions permit.

The role includes investigating potential fraud on existing credit card accounts, handling inquiries, and meeting performance targets while providing a positive customer

Qualifications

• 1-3 years relevant experience
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to process both inbound and outbound client calls
• High attention to detail with the ability to interpret data
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to remain unbiased in a diverse environment

Responsibilities

• Perform investigation of potential fraud activity on existing credit card accounts.
• Respond to inbound client inquiries and assist with service-related requests.
• Provide solutions to client issues using available resources under supervision.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
• Consistently achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Contact card members to verify charges and identify suspicious activity.
• Ensure a positive customer experience while applying verification procedures.
• Assess risk in business decisions, upholding Citi policies and ethics.
