Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Fraud Specialist/Fraud Operations Specialist I in Overland Park, KS for a 6-month hybrid assignment.

The role combines customer support with in-depth investigations to detect and deter fraudulent activity, including authentication and policy compliance across all channels. You will analyze data, respond to escalations, and collaborate with teams to implement fraud controls.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year relevant experience required.
• Conduct in depth analysis and/or investigations to identify and manage fraudulent activities.
• This includes customer authentication, fraud investigations and/or compliance with fraud policies in all business channels.
• Analyze relevant data to confirm or clear fraud, validate customer ID authentication and violations of fraud polices that could adversely impact Client.
• Participates in establishment and implementation of policies and procedures designed to identify and deter fraudulent usage. Investigates and responds to fraud escalations.

Responsabilités

• Take inbound calls and referrals from fraud victims and guide resolution.
• Assess information via multiple tools to identify and resolve issues.
• Monitor fraud trends and escalate as needed.
