Job summary

Amivero is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the government-focused fraud program, driving fraud monitoring operations, and shaping program strategy with cross-functional partners. You will mentor investigators and data analysts, align roadmaps with agency goals, and ensure an equitable citizen experience.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to mature fraud capabilities, deliver proactive monitoring, and scale the program across government units, while maintaining strong governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 10 years of experience.
• US Citizenship required to obtain Public Trust.
• Proven leader in Fraud/Identity/Risk operations and process optimization.
• Experience building inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of fraud investigators and data analysts to ensure secure, privacy-centered citizen experiences.
• Develop and maintain a product/ program roadmap to mature fraud capabilities and expand investigator capacity.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve processes, controls, tooling, and monitoring for fraud risk.
• Draft strategic plans, briefs, and documents communicating fraud program direction to stakeholders.
• Hire, coach, and scale the team; partner with cross-functional teams to grow fraud operations across agencies.
