• Collaborate with risk leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to identify investments for UX, process improvement, and risk mitigation.
• Maintain oversight of vendor performance related to risk.
• Lead root-cause analysis to predict, prevent, and mitigate risk.
• Define and manage core metrics, SLAs, and performance.
• Identify gaps in systems and deliver enhancements to mitigate risks.
• Ensure risk-management efforts do not compromise user experience.
