TechWish seeks a REL Fraud Management Specialist to help management align fraud policies with business goals. You will assist in establishing effective department policies, processes, and reporting, and support fraud case management to ensure timely resolution.

You will collaborate across business units and Security, identify training needs, and work under supervision to strengthen detection methods and ongoing policy improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience Level Desired: Level 1 (1-5yrs)

• Assist management in establishing department policies, processes, standards, and reporting for fraud.
• Provide recommendations to improve fraud policies and detection methods.
• Ensure timely processing and resolution of fraud case management.
