Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of directly related experience in analysis, planning and execution.
- Minimum 3 years financial industry experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in discipline requiring analysis, planning and execution.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to gather, review and analyze data into clear findings.
- Experience with Six Sigma or process improvement methodologies.
- Strong ability to think critically and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting across fraud and loan & deposit ops.
- Collaborate with BI team to support reporting needs.
- Develop expertise in data relevant to operations and drive strategic analysis.
- Partner with internal teams to leverage systems and drive key analyses.
- Support budgeting, headcount modeling, and variance analysis for orgs.
