Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is seeking a CRP Fraud Operations Analyst to manage correspondence and disbursements for legal requests such as subpoenas, garnishments, and levies. The role includes fraud investigation support for cards, accounts, and related activities across a nine-state footprint.

Entry rate listed at $24.99+ per hour for Kalispell, MT, with compensation tailored per location and experience. This is a corporate position with regional placement options; occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• 3 years banking experience focused on levy/garnishment or subpoena processing.
• Working knowledge of Reg CC, Reg E, Reg B, Reg Z, UCC4, AML/BSA CIP, KYC, EDD and ID Theft Red Flags.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe and Internet Browsers.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence and disbursements for legal requests such as subpoenas, garnishments, and levies.
• Verify authenticity of subpoenas, garnishments, and levies with external clients and bank staff.
• Maintain relations with collection agencies, law enforcement, and judicial contacts.
• Create spreadsheets to monitor subpoena and garnishment activity; identify trends.
• Escalate complex issues to management; file required documentation for suspicious inquiries.
