Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is seeking a CRP Fraud Operations Analyst to manage and disburse legal requests such as subpoenas, garnishments, and levies, and provide backup fraud investigation support across debit/credit cards and accounts. The role supports multiple bank divisions across nine states, with an entry rate starting at $24.99+ per hour (Kalispell, MT), and compensation reviewed per location and experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting/Finance, Business, Criminology, or related field.
• 3 years of banking experience focused on levy/garnishment or subpoena processing.
• Working knowledge of financial regulations (Reg CC, Reg E, Reg B, Reg Z, UCC4, AML/BSA CIP, KYC, EDD, ID Theft Red Flags).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with fraud investigations including wire fraud, check processing, ACH, card services, new accounts authentication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare correspondence and disbursements for subpoenas, garnishments, and levies.
• Verify authenticity of subpoenas and garnishments with clients and bank divisions.
• Maintain relationships with collection agencies, law enforcement, and judicial personnel.
• Prepare spreadsheets to monitor subpoenas, garnishments, and levies and identify trends.
• Escalate complex issues to management and file suspicious activity reports when needed.
