Job summary

• Analyze case data to identify geographic, temporal, and behavioral patterns related to fraud.
• Conduct supervised OSINT research to support investigative findings.
• Prepare concise investigation summaries, reports, and regional fraud briefs for leadership review.
• Track case outcomes and recurring trends across investigations.
• Collaborate with Fraud Prevention analysts to translate field intelligence into actionable insights.
• Help develop investigation best practices, case studies, and documentation standards.
• Use Excel and other analytical tools to search trends, interpret data, and communicate findings.
