Q2 is seeking a Data Analyst to understand customer fraud challenges and work with Product, Engineering, and Fraud Response teams to identify gaps and prioritize product enhancements. You will track fraud trends and help build protections for customers, while communicating findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an analyst
• Experience using AI tools in your work
• Statistical background and ability to draw sound conclusions from complex data
• Familiarity with data visualization tools
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate findings with technical and non-technical audiences
