Key Responsibilities
As our Fraud and Disputes Unit Manager, you will monitor your team’s daily work volumes and perform quality reviews to ensure department service levels and standards are met. You will assist in the implementation of new policies and procedures. We’ll rely on you to maintain high levels of production, while ensuring consumers get the highest level of professional service. You’ll motivate and encourage agent performance through positive enthusiasm, coaching, and mentorship.
