Job summary

SoFi Tech Solutions seeks a highly organized Business Analyst to support Disputes Central and Fraud Central platforms. You will liaise between Cardholder Services, Operations, Product, Engineering, clients, and technology partners to translate needs into effective tech solutions.

The role covers production support, client onboarding, requirements gathering, UAT, reporting, and release management with emphasis on accuracy, communication, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience translating business needs into requirements or user stories.
• Experience coordinating UAT and managing defects to resolution.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Disputes Central and Fraud Central platforms with issue resolution and escalation.
• Lead UAT and onboarding testing for new clients and configuration changes.
• Gather requirements, write user stories, and submit enhancement requests.
• Support client onboarding, platform configuration, and rollout tracking.
• Provide training materials, documentation, and demonstrations to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain reporting using Snowflake, Quavo BI, Pega Insight, and G-Analytics.
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Engineering, and customers as liaison.
• Assist with API/data pipeline-related requests and data ingestion tasks.
