Photon, a leading Digital Platform Engineering company, seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive data-driven fraud detection initiatives for the US Banking Enterprise Fraud Detection platform, translating business needs into user stories and functional specs. The role involves building reports, dashboards, and data pipelines to meet regulatory requirements, with a focus on Actimize IFM.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive work experience in business/data analysis for large-scale platforms.
Experience translating business needs into actionable user stories and specs.
Strong knowledge of fraud detection data, regulatory reporting, and data quality.

Responsibilities

Perform business analysis for US Banking Enterprise Fraud Detection platform and facilitate data issues.
Drive business analysis and project management for fraud detection systems, mainly Actimize IFM.
Translate requirements into user stories, epics, and functional specs.
Develop and implement reporting and dashboards for regulatory requirements.
Design data pipelines to prepare data for reports and dashboards.
Establish partnerships with business owners to identify data visualization needs.
Organize data and synthesize insights to support decision making.
Provide status updates to project stakeholders.
